I'm on day three with a dead purchase and can get ZERO help.
NI product support is effectively non-existent and this is TERRIBLE customer service.
If you have the bandwidth to respond to this thread, why can't you address the issue?

I am also in the same boat, where did you all buy? Are they wanting us to just buy direct? I would have and probably been up and running by now. I've reached out to support through chat bot over and over. Replied to email ticket to try and get help but crickets. I thought I had Machine essentials in my account at somepoint and it's gone as well. It seems like this all is related to the Izotope software getting merged in and since Machine 3 came out post that migration we are experiencing a total mess. Could be wrong but I only ordered via Amazon to get the product faster, I'd of waited the ship time with NI direct if I knew this headache was going to be waiting on this end. - Seriously re-thinking why I bought a S61 Mk3 and Komplete 14 Standard back in June…. no upgrade break on 15 upgrade now that they are running 50% off, no support responses… Sorry - guess feeling like there needs to be a support group for those mentally wrestling with this. Even if I just got a "hey man we are swamped, we have not forgotten you" is better than crickets.

Me too just bought Machine MK3 but there isn't any Machine Software or factory content available in Native Access v3.16.0
After i added the serialnumber in native access and refreshed a couple of times, its still a nogo area !!

Hello @Jeremy_NI , sorry for bothering. I got the same problem too, I bought a used Maschine mikro mk3, the seller already transferred all the serial number and other stuff, but I didn't got Maschine Essential(or maschine software, I don't know the right name, this is the first time I buy NI product) in my Native Access. I tried all the methods, for example, adding the serial manually, reinstall Native Access, etc. But it's all no use. My MacOS version is 14.2.1 and my Native Access is the newest version. I already sent the support ticket and the number is #4439297 (the seller also wrote a support ticket for this), It's been few days, please help me, I will be really grateful, thank you so much! ( I'm from Taiwan, my English is not so well, my apology if there is any wrong grammar or wrong words)

This issue was posted on November 9th and I encountered it today.
I know how some mistakes are hard to be undone once they go through but there should be some support articles at least..

I recently purchased a used Machine Mikro Mk3 sold as "hardware + software". On sucessful transfer of the hardware by the owner I assume I would get the Maschine software but it didn't appear in Native Access. A week after raising a support call via the chatbot I finally got a response from NI support who made the original Maschine 2 Essentials available, but they said I didn't have access to Maschine 3 as I purchased second hand. The owner is happy to transfer his software to me but it shows as "Not Transferrable". My support call appears to have disappeared and I have had no response to further questions on my support ticket. Is this normal? What should I do?

why would they prioritize helping us? They already got their money from us, they need to find new musicians to take $100’s from and give them Sub Par Tech support and products that cant be used without sitting and waiting days on end for a reply on a tech support ticket

for real.. just bought the MK3 and I got any DAW like maschine 2 or 3.
Try it on windows and Mac and nothing. Everything it’s updated etc etc… I’m almost send it back

I feel you.. same here! I’m a AKAI user.. I was giving a try to maschine and it’s this.. can even use it
