Voucher do not accepted in any offer

Please give a real list of acceptance. I receive a $99 voucher and I can't used in any NI item on sale or not in sale (like Schema Light & Dark) , and of course not in other brands.

    Vouchers can be used on full price products only.

    They are not valid when a product is offered on a reduced price.

    Right now Native Instruments offers Cyber Season (50% cheaper prices), so i suggest that you wait 2 more days for this to end first.

    As already told by Sunborn then the voucher can not be used on discounted products while they are discounted. Also : How to Use a Native Instruments E-Voucher

    Also quote N.I. support via Aeliron September 7 , 2024 : "The voucher code that comes with the S-Series Keyboards is valid for a single NI-owned Kontakt instrument priced below 499USD/EUR on the NI Online Shop. It cannot be used for updates,upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products,or Komplete bundles and upgrades/crossgrades.

    For your answer, I include screen shots. i understand the bundle situation and full price too, but this ridiculus answers do not explain nothing about , only the voucher is already due or used?

    Its incredible the todays world, automated bots creates more confusion than solutions. and the real people do not have the time to help because their are busy creating bots to make his jobs.

    Just select or write that it did not help when getting chat bot suggestions if you keep doing that then that ought to get you past the bot. Just be sure that you are logged in on the page and that you scroll down to page bottom to either get chat-bot to the right or a contact support option.

    Thanks again but the problem is not have a opening case #, and a laberint of missindications with chatbots and Ni employees that do not help direct and only suggest use the chatbots until they gave up and let you find a real person to help you, both links do not opening only freeze..

    That is screenshot from the forum not from the support website. You would not see the Login to Contact support if you had been logged in. You need to be logged in at the Native-Instruments support site as instructed.

    You have to follow the instructions : In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care .

    However since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would bee.g. Firefox , Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use) .

    If you have a login problem then : Quote Jeremy_NI : If you followed these steps but you have issues logging in to your account, then you should have found a dedicated typeform, that I will post here, just in case of you missed it: : Account Login & Password Support! , This has been tested and checked on various browsers and works for all our customers that get in touch every day.

    i'm here to resolve my problem with NI not to fight with persons, I follow every single direction you give me and guide me to nothing as you can see is not problem with browsers.. in this screenshot talk by itself… now this is normal to you?
