i cannot find the maschine 3 in native access

so i got a used maschine mikro mk3 today and they transferred the license to me but once I register the serial number in Native access i can't find maschine 3 there

here is a screenshot of my native access i tried the stuff in product support tab and refreshed it and reset the xml file in the service center folder too but no dice

    You won't find Maschine 3 if it's a second hand Mikro that would have originally included Maschine 2.

    You have to buy the upgrade to Maschine 3.

    A used Mikro would have shipped with Maschine 2. Unless they upgraded to Maschine 3 before selling it to you, the license will be for Maschine 2 (which is not a current product).

    If you log into your account on the main site, do you see a Maschine 2 serial number listed there?

    If so, you may be able to see Maschine 2 if you enable legacy products in the Native Access settings.

    guys is there an alternate way to contact NI support cuz their ticket stuff isn’t working and I can’t even use my Maschine mikro mk3 even a bit

    Good luck with any of this lol I reached out via support about a used license like 6 days ago or something and never heard back. Got a maschine mk3 brand new one Friday and haven't heard anything at all from support about why the software is missing.

    Then bought an expansion for maschine with the coupon they gave me yesterday and it's just not in native access. My mk3 is totally unusable right now...

    Maybe you're thinking "well, what version of native access are you using? Make sure you upgrade to the latest version!". Thatd maybe help... If it worked. I've had to downgrade to a super old version of native access because out of the blue, I'm stuck in the "please allow dependencies" loop, after trying every daemon l, uninstall, registry, XML fix i could find.

    I am so wildly disappointed in all of this, I can't even begin to explain. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company at this point and all of my things are just rendered effectively useless until there's a fix.

    I'm so stuck too i can't even play my gear that I bought i don't even know how to get maschine in my native access and the support ticket never got a reply guess we just got the short end of the stick with native instruments

    I have the same issue and also tried to reach support, I've been waiting for more than 15 days. I even tried activating Maschine 3 by buying the update (it did not work) and the full version (it also did not work). So at this point, I'm so frustrated hoping to get an answer on how to get the full version working.
