Maschine 3 not in Native Access
Maschine 3 not in Native Access after bundle update purchase and cannot find a way to contact NI. Added serial to Native Access and everything in bundle EXCEPT Maschine 3 is showing up in my Native Access. Cannot find link to get hold of customer service and current support page not helpful. Possible I missed it but NI has clearly distanced themselves from customers and made support more difficult. Their support page links send you in a loop to unhelpful info. Can someone tell me how to download Maschine 3??

Can someone from Native Instruments please direct me on how to open a ticket for this? Again, the website is sending me in a loop and just redirecting me to the unhelpful support page.

Yeah… the Support Page functions when logged into my account appear down at the moment due to maintenance.
I know @Jeremy_NI has been trying with all his might to expedite things for folks who haven't had their issues resolved yet.
I've mentioned him here. I'm sure he'll check in. Be patient. Its been a struggle for many.

Similarly I have just registered a brand new Mikro 3 that came with V3+Central Library+Komplete Select
I expected a delay to the Komplete Select Voucher email, but it was almost immediate - as was the Komplete Select Band appearing in (the latest version of) Native Access …..
HOWEVER neither Maschine 3 software or the Central Library have yet appeared in Native Access

I have the same issue - I'm pretty patient, but I will say that this is pretty frustrating, it's going on 5 days since I'd contacted support, and I haven't had even an acknowledgement that my issue was received or is being looked at or anything.
The only feedback I got was from Jeremy_NI on here. That is at least a little reassuring and I thank him for that. But I'd really just like this to get resolved..0 -

i'm experiencing the same, just registered a new MK3, no Maschine 3 software in native access, latest build of windows 10 64bit. Submitted a ticket, hoping to hear back soon
