User bank missing from Photone... sometimes!

When I open photone, I see ONLY my own bank under EMBEDDED. But then as soon as I click EDIT, in order to save a change or new preset, my bank disappears, and I see some factory banks show up instead. Now, my bank still shows up in the top header, but I can't save anything to it….

Thoughts???

    Well, it looks like editing any parameter of the synth will cause my bank to disappear.

    Isn't there a way to import or export banks? I'll look into that. Maybe I can export it and re-import.

    My guess would be,under the snapshot tab there's a tiny arrow…when you click you see all the instruments and a "follow instrument selection" option…if it is on as soon as you click an instrument it will select the snapshot bank for it,if you uncheck it you will stay at what you selected first for snapshots.

    Wow, yes. That's it. I was following the instrument, not the ensemble. Switched back to ens, and that's where all my patches are.

    Boy step away from reaktor a minute, and you forget all kinds of things….

    OK, not out of the woods yet. This feature keeps turning back on. It keeps going back to 'follow instrument'. How do I get it to stay on 'Ensemble'??

    Hmm mine is always at off,maybe turn it off and save your Ensemble?
