Unexpected error while installing Expansions on Maschine Plus
Hey everybody,
Every time I want to install new Expansions on my Machine Plus
, it shows me the message "unexpected error" and the installation fails. I already made a factory reset and deleted the .npik and .aria2 files on the SD Card.
I have no idea how to fix that problem, please help me..

Assuming you're downloading via the WiFi, try using a wired connection (via a USB ethernet dongle).
Even without the error message, using a wired connection will be faster when installing expansions. It's a worthwhile investment.

Those vague error messages are so annoying.
If its related to wifi try installing while the M+ is close to your router, If that fails contact support.

How much free space is available on the M+ SD card?

I connected the router with an lan cable, but it's still not working. On my SD card are 50 GB left, that should be enough?
What else can I try ?0 -
I see that you are in touch with my colleagues from support, you didn't reply to the last message. Does it mean the issue is fixed? If not please get back to my colleague.
