Expansion Pack Install fail

I bought a second hand Maschine+ and it's registered in my name. I have put in a new SD card and formatted it.

I bought the crate cuts expansion pack and it is showing in my Native ID account online & in Native Access app along with the serial number.

But on the Maschine+ the expansion pack is not being added via WIFI. I have gone to:

> settings > library > products > available

But it says all my products are installed.

I've rescanned the new SD card as the instruction manual says to do that if you use a new SD card. I've refreshed my WIFI network connection on the Maschine+.

None of this has solved the issue.

When I bought the second hand Maschine+ I didn't do a factory reset and I'm wondering if that's the issue and I should factory reset it ?

Or perhaps my SD card is corrupt ? Although I've got a new SanDisk 3 Extreme PRO 250GB / 200MB/S sd card.

Any ideas ?
