Hi All,

Can I redownload the full version of Kontakt 7 I bought?

There is no option in my Native Access, and I can't find one online?

    What version of Native Access are you running?

    And what exactly are you seeing in Native Access for Kontakt? Any version at all?

    Hi,

    I'm running version 3.14.0. and no Kontakt 7 is not there. It was, along with many other products I bought, but they no longer appear.

    Well I could not get a response from Native after tying for two days, so I upgraded to Kontakt 8, and then I had another problem.

    As soon as I went to register it, it said it was already registered. See atttached.

    As I cannot get anyone at Kontakt to respond, I'm now having to threaten them with leagal action, but do you know how to fix either issue?

    Yes , you can , be sure that you are logged into the right account in Native Access and that your OS supports Kontakt 7 . Kontakt 7 will not show in Native Access if the OS does not support it.

    Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native

    Otherwise if problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

    At the page N.I.Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in,then at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't, that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days)

    (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

    Thanks. Nothing I do has worked.

    I cannot get a response from anyone in support. I've been trying for three days, plus they dont repond on Facebook. What can I do?

    Don't use facebook for support inquiries , use the links I previously provided and/or stay with the threads opened here.

    Since you are not specific as to what is the problem (ref. :I cannot get a response from anyone in support. I've been trying for three days) then it is impossible to advise , and even if you had been more specific the procedure is the same. I gave you all you need of information above with respect to how to contact N.I. .

    People that can not make a ticket following that guidance usually turns out to not having followed the guidance given. You need to open a ticket , then if there is a problem doing that then try other browsers in way described previously by me.

    Anyway , I am not a N.I. employee and I have zero access to anything N.I. support all my knowledge has been acquired from information available to all in public or acquired by own experiences. So there is really nothing I can do other than advise and guide you as best I can, else what I can do is to call for someone N.I. but N.I. staff do not work in the weekends and neither do N.I. forum Customer Care so N.I. will not respond here before Monday or later.

    @Mert_NI , user kenrob2037 has had problems downloading Kontakt 7 , then got tired of that and bought Kontakt 8 also then apparently had problems registering that and made another discussion about that over here. Also KenRob2037 has reported problems and no response contacting N.I. . I have tried to advise both here and there but to no avail. I have no user account access so I can not check up on what is up and what is down here could you please take over ? Thank you .

    Hello kenrob2037, I checked your ticket and it seems like one of our agents have already reached back to you according to the Kontakt 8, so if you haven't seen it yet please check you email and you should see it.

    According to the Kontakt 7 shows as registered to another account, this issue may have been caused by logging in with one of your other accounts(which is the case in the majority except from second hand purchases), so can you please make sure that you are logging in with the correct login credentials. If you have another account, please let our agent know in a reply of your email directly so our agent can merge your accounts to solve that issue as soon as possible.
