Good question. Maybe you should make this a bit more clear in the title / subject, so the team will read this.

You already can use MIDI Controllers with the M+, you just need to map it on the computer 1st then move the project to the M+ to able to use it standalone.

I mean… it does have 5-pin din and midi over USB so you can control various aspects of it with a controller. I do all kinds of work with the M+ in both standalone mode and controller mode with a Launchpad Pro at it's side. Some of it with my left hand on the pads of the maschine, while the right is playing the Launchpad.
Fortunately, someone sold me a Jam on the cheap as well, so I have a bunch of external control over the Maschine, as well as the ability to control a bunch of stuff with the M+. It's a lovely lovely form of madness. Midi functionality can never be overdone.

I was just clarifying the question from OP….. I wasn't sure if I had the right answer to post….

i know that :)) but its not working like that . if i map group aux send parameter to knob and then on that group i load some NI kit or my own kit mapping dissepearing :)

Simple: Hold Shift while in the Browser and disable
+Routings
so the mapping does not get overwritten when you load a new Group.1 -
You can do multiple things at once but you don't need to learn everything to be successful/god Artist.
You need to map external MIDI device to specific MIDI channel and there is 16 of them.
Now don't rush just go to M+ settings and take a good look.
Go to first Group and Sound and on both look at the routings by pressing MIDI button in left upper side of M+
I'm sorry I can't guide you all the way but I will give you example.
Different Scenario but you can see how I connected all to MIDI channel 1
You should do it too but with maybe more channels and different device.
I hope this helps as starting point.
I wish you success.
