I have installed Kontakt on my new PC but I am encountering the above error…
I have also followed the recommended steps several times, but this did not produce any improvement.

NI Kontakt Crash Support

I briefly contacted Custom Support (as far as possible) and I was told that I should also try the following 2 things but unfortunately these were also not successful...

Fixing Windows Update
Fixing WIndows Update 2
File Checker

I'm at my wits end right now, I hope someone can help me with this...

My PC Specs:
Intel i7-13700K
64GB DDR4
NVIDIA 3070 TI
Windows 11

Would have to see the actual screencap.

What version of Win 11. What version of Native Access?

Is this error coming from using Kontakt 6 standalone? Or within a DAW?

And - has it ever worked correctly? Or did this issue just start recently?

I'm using Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631Native Version: 3.14.0I got this error in my DAW and standalone. This all worked fine on my old PC before it was broken. I install this on my new PC and only get these error messages.

Hmm - thanks for the screencap. Not a lot to go on there.

My next stop would be Event Viewer - where the OS might tell us a bit more about what is causing this failure and possibly why.

So this is the Event Log:

I tried to Reinstall the .NET Framework and  VC++ Installation but same result.

This will be one for NI Support to tackle.

But FWIW - I went around with them on another issue with ucrtbase.dll last year and they really had no answer for me. My issue was a problem with the NTKDaemon that ships with Native Access - turns out the NTKDaemon software was faulty and not the ucrtbase.dll file

I will also venture a guess that there is nothing wrong with yours either.

The real issue here is Kontakt 6 - which is been retired for a long while. I am doubtful that NI will assist on this.

You might try Kontakt 7 now - but good luck with this issue - I know it is frustrating.
