Conflux is nowhere to be found.
Hi people!!
Can anyone please tell me why conflux didn't come with my update to kontakt 8?
I've re-installed native access probably a few too many times just to make sure im on the most current version (Which i am) but i can not find conflux anywhere!
Much Aggravation.
If anyone can help that would be GREAT!

As far as I know then Mac OS Sequoia is not supported yet. Kontakt 8 System Requirements : macOS 12, 13, and 14 (latest update) , Windows 10 or 11 (latest Service Pack)
Also are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? And have you in fact downloaded and installed Conflux in Native Access ?

I’m currently running native access 2 and it’s the most recent version currently available. As far as conflux goes it doesn’t even show up at all when I search for it on native access, just doesn’t exist 🤷♂️
Perhaps I just need to wait for native to get a wriggle on a support the newer OS but annoying because atm I feel like I’ve just dropped £89 on the update for a melody and chord generator 🙃0 -
Please try resetting the Native Access XMLfile , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
if that doesn't help then please quote or Ping me and I will call for a N.I. expert to take a look.

Yeah no luck unfortunately, followed the steps and then hit the refresh and nothing happened/appeared.
Do I now I need to replace the xml file?

Not sure , and I do not have an uploaded reference file that I would consider new enough.
@Mert_NI , could you please take a look at this ? The Kontakt 8 page gives the impression that Conflux is included with Kontakt 8 and yet DarylLN can not make it appear in Native Access (?)

Did you check this article that can help you installing the Conflux:

If you can't find Conflux in your Native Access after this article, can you please send us the screenshot of your Native Access so we can check the issue to solve that as soon as possible.

You don’t seem to have Kontakt 8 going by that, only Player
I think Conflux only comes with the full Kontakt 8, although possibly it will also be available to purchase separately as a Player instrument at some point?

Correct. Conflux requires Kontakt 8 Full. Not Player.

If your "update to Kontakt 8" is a paid update to full version of Kontakt 8 and that the full version of Kontakt 8 does not appear in Native Access and then resetting the Native Access XML file did not work then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

ok can someone clear some things up because I’m pretty sure I didn’t pay £200 odd on konatkt 7 just to get the player? I then spent something like £89 to update to 8? So I’m most certainly sure I’ve got the full thing. Got everything else that comes with kontakt like hybrid keys and the factory library?

Also have the chord and melodic generators and the new loop feature so apparently everything apart from conflux

Hello DaryILN, I checked your account and it seems like you have purchased but did not registered your Kontakt 8(Full Version) in your account. So, can you please register it using the steps in this Knowledge Base Article below:
Registering and Installing a Native Instruments Product [VIDEO]
You should have been received a serial number when you have purchased the Kontakt 8 Update(please don't share this here), so please use that serial number to register your product and let us know what you are experiencing after registering your Kontakt 8.
Also, please keep in mind, that currently Native Instruments software and hardware products are not supported on macOS 15 Sequoia.
We are conducting systematic tests with macOS 15 in order to offer full compatibility of our current software and hardware products as soon as possible.
So this can also be the reason of this issue, but please first try to register your Kontakt and this can help.
