An empty playlist after saving and exiting the Traktor 3 program, if the files are from a hard drive

Hello, friends !

MacOs Sequoia 15.0
Traktor 3.11 ver -
the program is downloaded in Native Acsees

When creating playlists, I discovered the following problem:

If the files (tracks) are on the hard disk, they disappear from the playlist after the program is restarted.
Tried saving playlists with files in one directory, but it doesn't help.
If the files(track) are on Flash then everything is fine.

It seems that the program does not have any access to the hard drive, although full access to files is set in the Mac settings.

Please help 🙏

I am sending a 3 screenshot:

Added file from a flash drive and hard drive to the "test" playlist😀

after restarting the program, the track from the hard disk is not displayed in the 'test' playlist
only track from Flash

  • Full access to all files on the hard disk for Traktor👆️

    Hey there!

I’ve faced a similar issue with tracks disappearing from playlists in Traktor, so I know how frustrating it can be. Here’s how you can tackle it:

First, double-check that Traktor has the necessary permissions to access your hard drive. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access and make sure Traktor is listed and checked. If it is, try removing it and then re-adding it to refresh the permissions.

Next, ensure that the tracks on your hard drive aren’t moved or renamed after adding them to the playlist. Traktor relies on the file path, so any changes can cause them to disappear.

As a workaround, consider keeping your essential tracks in a dedicated folder on your hard drive that you don’t plan to change.

Hope this helps! If you find this useful, feel free to give it a like!

Removed Traktor and added it back to the list of programs with full disk access.
I create a new playlist, then add track to it, save the playlist with tracks to disk , exit the program, and when I open Traktor the playlist is empty againe 😫
