NA looking for installed Izotope plugin but I cant locate them.
As the title suggests. My new items from my Komplete purchase showed up in NA. All installed except the Izotope plugins which displays "Add Library". So I click on it and it wants me to locate the libraries/plugins. I dont think they installed so how can I find em? I went to Izotope web site to see if I could download items but struck out. Help.

Hello MIke Albanese, I see the issue here.
It seems like you are still using the Native Access 1 which is not supported from our current products. Can you please download the latest version of the Native Access 2 using this link below:

I didnt install these products. How am I suppose to find them? I went to Izotope web site to see if I could download but didnt find any files. What is the solution? These files to download are from the new 15 update. Cheers

I've downloaded the latest NA. It fails at the end of the install. Every time. I've gone thru the file deletion option. The single listed file you recommend to delete I cant locate. I'm using NA 1 cause I cant install NA2. I have had NA2 working in the past but with the blink of an eye, I tried to open it and got errors. Hasnt workd in months. I hope someone can help me dig deeper into this issue instead of "download NA2 and go thru the install". It aint working. HELP

I've had 2 support tickets open already. Your support is weeks behind. How the hell do you expect people to use your software when theres issues were they cant even load the libraries? Hire more people and write better software. Thousands of people have the same problem and your web answer go round in circles.
