Feature Request : EverCUE
I mix on multiple decks, sometimes 2 separate S8s, I can sync using Ableton Link, but cueing is difficult. Can Traktor create a standard — called EverCUE that allows for software to send cue audio along a ultra-low latency stream that allows for multiple decks to use the same set of headphones? It would work this way.
S8 - I - Headphones Connected
- Deck A
- Deck B
- Deck C
- Deck D
S8-II
- Deck A
- Deck B
- Deck C. (cue)
- Deck D
In this scenario, S8-II, Deck C's cue would be audible on S8-I headphones. Bonus points if you can route the cue mix to S8-I too.
Thanks
Todd

Hello, the EverCUE feature request addresses an important need for DJs using multiple mixers, offering a solution for sync signals that enhances workflow and improves mixing efficiency.

Surely this is mappable? You can only use one of the audio interfaces in one of the S8's. And you set the cue output to the headphones on the S8 whose interface you're using (S8-I, lets say)? So when you hit the cue button on S8-II, the S8-II Deck C audio should be routed to the (only) cue output? The one you selected in Traktor's preferences?
Or, am I missing something?

I think they want to use two laptops, so they can DJ on 8 decks.
I would say at that point get an external mixer :D

Oh - even easier, then.
You'd need longer cables, but, you get the idea.
