customizing Automation pages for 3rd party VSTs

When I load a VST2 or VST3 instrument (in the software), I get a bunch of automation pages with some random order of the CCs with their names. This depends on the specific VST. I'm using an MK2 if that matters.

How do I edit these pages? I'd like to make a straight forward page that might be VCF cutoff, resonance and VCF filter stages, then another page with grouped oscillator parameters, etc.

That's what people normally make in and for Komplete Kontrol but they can be made and load in Maschine too
