Traktor 4 Pro External Audio Routing Problems

Hallo NI Team,

i and a Friend with Mixers with Interfaces have the Problem, that you cant Route the External Audio Output, only for Deck A its working, all other Outputs are Dead. I was Testing a Fresh Install, and Backup from TPro 3 always the Same, TPro3 works.

I think the Bug is that you cant Switch from Internal, to External Mode, with SW Routing.

    Can you share a screenshot of your output routing settings?

    External mixer with multiple decks works fine for me.

    Deck A plays, Deck b Shows Signal Internal and Plays, but no Audio will going Out.

    My Buddy have the Same Issue with the Rane MP2015, in TPro 3 works all Fine, only on TPro 4 you can Select the Channels, but dont AUdio will going Out.

    I Think, thats a Software Bug, no Hardware Issue

    Mhh,

    Can you test if it's possible to route deck b to channel 0 and 1? Just to see if it works.

    Dont work i know that and have testing alot
    It comes from the Software, i think Internal to External Routing is the Problem in this Case.

    There is this known bug currently:

    When using an Audio Interface with more than 12 channels it is currently not possible to select channels with a index above 2 for Deck A, above 4 for Deck b, above 6 for Deck C, and above 8 for Deck D. This issue will be resolved very soon.

    Hense me asking if using lower channels works.

    Maybe 0.1 for a, 2.3 for b?

    I was finding the Problem, Traktor have Problems, with the Channel Swap Routing und Interface Settings.

    THX Carlos, Yes i was become it Work, but 2 Times Deck Flavour Deck B & Deck C Same Routing, but thats not the way i will Perform Live. Waiting for the Hotfix, but THX! :)

    Hi I have the same problem, I can only hear deck B, also I checked the same settings in traktor pro 3, everything works fine. Interface antelope discrete 4 and mixer behringer djx900

    Are you using latest version of Traktor 4? 4.0.2 I think it is.
