I've tried the proposed solution (Reinstalling, Komplete Kontrol, and plug-ins)
https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/6178238907421-KOMPLETE-KONTROL-MASCHINE-Error-Product-could-not-be-loaded-as-it-may-not-support-Apple-Silicon-or-VST2-to-VST3-migration But it didn't work I still have the same issue Any other solution to this?
After doing a Clean Installation from scratch and trying only Massive it's working Had to do quite some re-scans and re-start on both the Standalone app and DAW (Live 12)
I'll keep adding instruments and see how that works
Thanks for your replies and suggestions
I tried to install my Komplete Collectors Edition on MBP M3, 49 DOWNLOADS failed but why?
On iMac i7 Intel CPU no problems. What is to do?
Regards
@Gus66 Is this happening when you open old projects that were made on an Intel Mac? If so, you need to open these projects in your DAW in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
Hi Jeremy,
No this is happening on new projects on M2 Mac Mini
BTW I've tried opening DAW using Rosetta but that didn't work
I have fully uninstalled Komplete Kontrol with no luck
I'm planning to fully erase any trace of NI from this mac and see what happens but if there any other thing I should try first please let me know
PS it was working fine loading Arturia and NI plugins but now only Arturia are loaded
How did you install everything? Did you migrate from another system?
When in Logic, have you tried to rescan when in Komplete Kontrol preferences in Plug-ins → Manager?
What happens if you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Is it the same?
What version of Native Access are you using to install these?
I've tried installing everything from scratch with Native Access (Version 3.13.0 (050bb23 / 1.20.0.0))
I haven't migrated from another system
I don't use Logic (Ableton Live 11 and 12)
I'm not sure if I did rescanning plug-ins - Manager
In Standalone I got the same message
Any other idea what could be causing this?
Hepl me! don´t know what to do with this problem. neither kontakt and MAssive load on my maschine 2.
mac mini m2 pro
My original issue was with Komplete Kontrol What I did to fix the problem was trial and error several times and by that I mean I had to do quite a few re-scans and re-start on both the Standalone app and DAW (Live 12) over and over and keep doing that for any instrument I would like to add, in the end, I was able to reinstall almost all of my previous instrument (NI and Arturia) into Komplete Kontrol but Jup 8-V4. That one keeps showing an error message BTW that only seems to have worked with Komplete Kontrol because Kontakt 7 only shows NI instrument Not sure about Maschine 2 but it seems that it could be the rudimentary solution to keep re-scanning on both the DAW and the Standalone versions of the app you're trying to install into
PS.: I've uninstalled all instruments and reinstalled them and then proceeded with the re-scan for both the DAW and Standalone
I hope this help
Is it when opening new projects or when opening old projects made on an Intel Mac? If it's option 2, then you need to run Maschine 2 in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
More info here: KOMPLETE KONTROL / MASCHINE Error: "*Product* could not be loaded, as it may not support Apple Silicon or VST2 to VST3 migration."
