What's the operating system? What version of Komplete Kontrol are you using?

What instrument are you trying to load? Is it the same for any instrument? Kontakt libraries? Reaktor instrument? Massive? Is it happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Is it a mk1, mk2 or mk3 keyboard?

    Thank you for reacting!

I am running mac m2, Sonoma 14.6.1, Komplete 13 ultimate, my keyboard is KK S88.

After a lot of frustration by trying to update Komplete Kontrol I finally uninstalled it manually and reloaded it. Now it is the newest version 3.3.2. It seems to be ok now. Kontakt is ok. Reaktor seems to be ok. I can open it but I never used it.

My new problem is the following: I still cannot update several items:

when I try this comes up

even though I previously did what it is asking

I as well had to uninstall Native access finally manually after losing a lot of time trying to fix it the proposed ways. I was trying to get the new Native Access 2 for mac silicon since my mac runs on m2 processor. Whenever I install it it tells me over and over again this version is not optimized for M1 processors.

Even though I took the download button for silicon I guess I got some other version which is not optimized for my system.

@sashdess Ok, so now everything is loading in Komplete Kontrol. Now it's a Native Access issue. Can you check what version of Native Access is running on your system? Please navigate to your Applications folder, right click Native Access and choose Get Info, you should get the version there.

    If you navigate here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

    And click here:

You will indeed have to download an installer named Native-Access_2_Mac_M1.dmg, it should work on any generation of the M processors. Do you get an error message when you try to open it? Can you share a screenshot of it?

OP still hasn't told us if his device is a MK3 or something else. He only says it's a KK S88. That's not enough information.

Being a software issue the model of keyboard isn't required to know for the problem, it is not affecting his issue so technically he doesn't even have to have one connected/mentioned.

    hi, thank you very much.

As I said I did it over and over again… the result is still I don't get Native Access 2 even though I downloaded NA2 mac m- version.

Some days ago I followed the instructions how to uninstall native access manually. then I downloaded exactly from the link you have sent me. I don't know what I keep doing wrong so I don't get the version which is suitable for my system.

I guess that's why I get all those error messages…

    …which make no sense.

@sashdess Ok, understood, Native Access 2 is just called Native Access. I guess the misunderstanding is coming from that. So Native Access is running but you get an installation failed error message, despite having given the right permissions. You should get in touch with our support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

Ok. Thank you very much! I was a little irritated because in the german support they say the new Native Access 2 was the dark version (dunkle Version) so I understood the light design version must be something different.

So perhabs this should be taken care of communication wise to prevent other users of being trapped with this issue.

I actually could not find my problem here. Is there a more specific link? Thank you!

There is a little chat box at the bottom right. You need to be logged in to your NI account to log-in, if you have issues logging in there is a dedicated typeform. I made this gif, it sums it up better.
