About mapping NI Hardware

Is there a resource text or video that can help me to map release fx to the pads on the s2 mk3? I tried to map reset on the same button but seems to make conflict and fx won't power on. Also didn't found release fx option.

    between choosing group fx and testing parameters spend this afternoon to finally map… 2 pad buttons haha ☻

    i just want to add some fx to the s2 mk3 which is very restricted fx-wise and learned the hardway not to abuse the default S2 mk3 fx wheels (they broke after 1 year use, im with my replacement controller from NI now)

    Still have to learn how to reset fx parameters when releasing pad or toggling it and such.

    Cool to see this video is still relevant after a decade. If you look closely you will spot the "Invert" button option and that is the hint for you. Just invert all commands you need to happen on release of the pad.
