Unrecognized serial number on hardware?
Attempted to register a hardware keyboard, purchased new. Upon typing in the serial number required fro registration, I'm seeing a note stating the serial number is not recognized. Any ideas?

Sorry if I’m stating the obvious
Presume you got the letters L/l I/i O/o or number 0 correct (easy to get wrong)1 -

Have you checked the following? After Registering My Kontrol S-Series MK3, I’m Still Asked to Add My Serial Number

The serial number was typed correctly. Here is a screenshot of the error message. This is showing up during the registration process. I went through listed troubleshooting tips. How do I enter a support ticket?

All issues regarding serials and registration are handled exclusively by N.I.Account Support
The "resolution that works" is the click through and make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I.Account Support
(You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
Scroll down to bottom of page N.I.Account Support and log in
Then click the Contact support
Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows
Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

NO
3 Do you have 2 NI accounts and want to merge them?
NO

I can't see any requests from you in our system. You have to go through all the questions and if none of them was helpful, you replky NO until you are able to submit a request.
