Hello,

I use Mac M1 Monterey.

I recently bought a KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 device.

I entered the serial number in Native Access. It says : Success, you can now install KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 HW from the library. But it is not the case ! I tried several times, I am totally unable to download the product and I can't even figure out what to do.

Can anyone help me on this, please ?

Hey there, there will be nothing to install in Native Access for the Komplete Audio 2. The soundcard is plug and play on Macs so there's no need to install anything. Is it functional?
