"Your subscription has changed"

Hi,

i always get this message when I open Kontakt 7 or Komplete Kontrol.

For context, I had a "Now" subscription or whatever it was called some years ago. But since then, I bought Komplete Standard and last year Ultimate.

Why do I still get this stupid message??

Regards

@momos We deleted your subscription, you should open Native Access and then these messages should not show anymore.

@momos Can you try to close Native Access and delete the content of this folder:

    Macintosh HD/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/Native Access/ras3

    Does that fix the issue?

The message tells you why, under the part you quoted.

It makes no sense giving me this useless message all the time. I don't have an active subscription and I own all the instruments I have installed. Why annoy people with useless popups?

I have a feeling that has to do with all the problem from Native Access - Hopefully @Jeremy_NI can help here - Otherwise try the support (they do help quite well)

Yes this solved the problem for Komplete Kontrol and Native Access. Thank you.

However, Kontakt 7 still has the orange error circle. I don't know if this is a bug or not.

That does look like a bug. I'm checking with my colleagues, will update you when I get more info.

And what happens if you open a library in Kontakt, do you get any other error or demo message? Alicia's Keys for example?

The orange warning symbol stays no matter what library i load.

    @momos Please try the following:

    Delete your User Preferences

    1. Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu
(If the Library entry does not appear when you hold down the Option / Alt key, please use the alternative method at the end of this article.)
    2. Navigate to Preferences.
    3. Delete the following file: com.native-instruments.Kontakt 7.plist
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).

    Does it fix the issue?

This didn't help. I also got the "Your subscription has changed" Message again in the Kompete Kontrol VST…

I loaded the VST, loaded Action Strike and the message poped up.

Seems like this fixed it. Neither the Standalone or VST got the popup message again and the orange warning symbol also went away in Kontakt. Thanks

    Hi Jeremy,

I am on Windows 11 and I also get that message (I had Komplete now for a month when it came out), what can I do on my system to fix it?

    Thanks.
