Just received Maschine+, but...
Hi!
Been watching ton of Maschine+ content while awaiting delivery of the unit, so I'm familiar with the look. I was expecting to see the word Maschine followed by the "+" in red/orange. But on my unit, it is printed as Maschine '+' n and all in the same colour.
Tried searching online but haven't found any info.
Any ideas?
Cheers :)

Was it B-stock!? A rarity.

That just means you have a brand new unit, made less than a year ago, after NI updated their logo.
For instance (after searching online):

Thanks :)
I was actually holding out for B-stock, but then had to pull the trigger on the last day of the sale.

Ahh, great! You found it! Kinda preferred the old style, but I'll take fresh hardware as a preference.
Now I can get on with setting it up.
Thanks :)

NI needs to stick with colors, this monochromatic design language sucks (especial the icons)
Now their icons are homogenized with Rekordbox, Tidal, Soundcloud, etc… just a collection of lifeless icons.
"but Its more modern etc…" no, its not. They are so late to trends that while they are trying to catch up to what they think is modern, Designers are leaving the monochromatic looks and use colors for differentiation (Ableton wink wink).

It not only looks drab, but it actually looks like an error. Reminds me when a text symbol isn't recognised and is replaced by random characters.
