When I look at the All Projects pane in Maschine, a number of expansions are missing.

I have gone to Preferences>Library and rescanned, but no luck.
I have reinstalled the expansions via Native Access, but no luck.
I have reinstalled Maschine, but no luck.
I have deleted the database and favorites files as per this link:
https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210277145-My-Maschine-2-Browser-is-Empty-or-Incomplete

What else can I try to get all of my expansions to show up?

PLEASE.

OK, I don't understand what just happened.

I was working in one of the expansions (Rising Crescent) and when I clicked to close it to return to the All Projects view, suddenly ALL of my expansions were back, showing up just fine.

    I don't get it.

@James Schnitzel Which ones show and which ones do not show? Some expansions are exclusively Massive X presets for example and will not show in Maschine projects or groups since there are no projects or groups.

Which expansions are missing? Which are showing? Are they installed in the same location? What specific expansions are missing? For example some expansions are Massive X expansions. And what's your operating system?

This is the list of my expansions.
They are all on the same (external) drive, in the same directory.
Those marked with asterisks are the ones that are showing up in the All Projects pane of Maschine.
All of my expansions were previously visible.
I think? the change happened when I recently ran some Native Access updates.

I am running Mac OS 12.7.4
(I have some dependencies requiring me to stay for the time being on this OS, and my expansions were previously visible while running this OS, so please do not suggest just updating my OS.)

    Expansion - Arcane Attic
    Expansion - Astral Flutter*
    Expansion - Carbon Decay
    Expansion - Chromatic Fire
    Expansion - Circuit Halo
    Expansion - Conant Gardens
    Expansion - Crate Cuts*
    Expansion - Dark Pressure
    Expansion - Electric Vice
    Expansion - Global Shake*
    Expansion - Halcyon Sky*
    Expansion - Helios Ray
    Expansion - Magnetic Coast
    Expansion - Platinum Bounce
    Expansion - Rare Vibrations*
    Expansion - Rising Crescent*
    Expansion - Sierra Grove*
    Expansion - Soul Magic*
    Expansion - Static Friction
    Expansion - Transistor Punch
    Expansion - True School

*I should have said that I have also tried adding my library directories in Maschine’s library, but an error message pops up saying that directory is already known to the app.

    Hi!

I have the same problem and no solution so far. A lot of my expansions are not showing up in the library.
I tried to solve it the same way, but no success.

    Please help.

    What's your operating system?

Where are the expansions installed? Do some show and others don't? are these installed in the same location.

Do the expansions show as installed in Native Access?

Are you sure you're in the factory presets and not in the user presets?

Try toggling this silhouette. It is explained poorly in the documentation, but this hides/unhides.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your respons!

Operating System is Windows 11 Home.

Download Installation Path is C_user_public_public documents.

Some show and others do not, yes. They are installed at the same location and all installations are showing in the installation path and at Native Access.

I am in the factory preset and there is nothing stored in the user preset (BKK: no silhoutte in use).

    Machine Version is 2.18.4

Pretty strange. Thanks for further comments :)!

    Hi Jeremy!

Thank you, that is the cause. It was not obvious to me, as they are grouped as extensions in the Native Access Application.

    Best regards

PS: would be nice to sort them for a preview also in the library, or is there any chance to do that. Now I need to go to massiveX and load each extension seperately to preview. :)

    Best
