I bought a second-hand NI Maschine mikro mk3, there's no connect cable, how can i use this device ?
Buy a new cable?
One side needs to be a USB type B male connector and plugged into the device.
The other side either normal USB or USB C. Whatever floats your goat. 🐐
For example this: https://www.thomann.de/de/lindy_3m_usb_2.0_typ_c_b_anthra.htm or this https://www.thomann.de/de/lindy_usb_2.0_typ_a_b_5m_black.htm
is it the common cable for printers? what's the difference between USB2.0 Typ C/B and USB2.0 Typ A/B, which is more adaptable for the device? or both can be used? another, USB3.0 Typ , is it easy to use for the this device?
It will be much better ASAP, if the NI hardware department can sent me the official cable! Tks a lot! still need a help!
Well C/B is from C to B (B is often called a printer cable, yes). C are the types of ports that are often on laptops and smartphons. Just look at the image.
I don't think it matters if it's USB 2 or 3. Just one end "type B" and the other needs to fit into your computer. So C or A.
Thanks for lord-carlos's feedback, it's resolved! I bought a 3rd party cable as you suggested! good!
