Choir Omnia install (stuck?)

Hi all

Anyone know what the install time for Choir Omnia is? I understand that it is a very, very large library but Native Access has been "installing" for 2 hours now and I suspect it's stuck.

I've seen other post about a stuck install but the rather convoluted manual workaround solutions are for Windows. I'm on macOS. I see the installer iso, with a pkg file. If I try run the pkg installer, I get a message "Waiting for other installations to complete." Native Access is closed.

Version of Native Access used ? Someone else reported yesterday that there were a new update for Apple silicon available without being notified.. Dunno if it's a problem with NA. but if it is then it might still require some more effort to get it to work !

Hello, I am also having this problem. I know it's a big file so I get if it just takes a while, but mine has been on the final step "installing" for, like, 4 hours now.

IIRC, I followed the link Jeremy provided and got the alternative installer which sorted it. 4hrs is too long👍🏻

If you are on Windows and the install is stuck then maybe you can fix it by finding the downloaded file in the Download destination folder that is set in NI and installing an alternative way as did this person ?

Else maybe contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask them for an installer.

At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
