why has Native Access paused when downloading?

I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the problem can anyone provide a solution?

    Hi gaz, I'm brand new (as of today) to NI and I had the same thing happen to me when I began to download Kontakt Factory Library. I started poking around and clicked on the bar at the bottom of the screen where the download status for KFL was and it took me to a new screen where I was able to click a play button, and that restarted my download. Hope this helps.

    Hey Gaz, yes you can try this and in that window you can just pause and play your installations by pressing the play/pause button, if this would not help either, please try to restart your Native Access and restart the installation from the beginning and this can also solve the issue, please let me know about the result afterwards
