Traktor - information disappeared

Today when I opened traktor, all the information I had (genre, year, comments). How can I recover?

Go to a file in the operating system and see if the details are still in the metadata. If the metadata has been overwritten then you should restore a backup.
Have you tried relocate in Traktor?
Have you already installed a Traktor backup?

Every time you close traktor it creates a backup. You can see if an older collection.nml help: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/209590729-How-to-Restore-the-TRAKTOR-Track-Collection-from-a-Backup
