The Gentleman piano won't work with my Minilab 3

Hey, I recently purchased an Arturia Minilab 3 and the Gentleman was in the software bundle that came with the controller. I followed the instructions on the Arturia website and installed Native Access, Kontakt 7, and the piano, but when I went to play the instrument I couldn't get any sound out of the application. I even made sure to check if the midi channels were all in order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
