Hi there, I just registered my KK mk2, downloaded the driver and firmware update from NI website. I couldn't installed the firmware. It is 0.6.0 and the firmware available is 0.5.9 so the firmware installer just gives that message. I updated the driver. I downloaded NI Controller Editor and installed it. It doesn't see KK mk2. I restarted the computer and the keyboard and it didn't make any difference. The connect button in the application is greyed out. Is there any NI rep checking these posts or I should reach tech support? I have a feeling that the wrong firmware could possibly created this situation. The keyboard is recognized by Komplete Kontrol software but not Controller Editor. I need to use Controller Editor Zone splitting feature so I have to make it work. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
