I just received my Maschine Mikro MK3 today and it's show touch error. Any ideas?

Also try on a different computer, if the FW update didn't help and the device is behaving in the same manner on another computer, get in touch with our Harware service: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware
Touch error? Where? the device or on the computer? Picture?

Are you using a hub? If you are then either dont use it (and connect directly to the computer if possible) or get a better-quality hub. Also, try another USB cable in case yours is faulty.
All I did is open the device and read the paper it comes with and followed the instructions and registration with serial number then plug it and start downloading, when put the device on and it shows touch error. It's Maschine Mikro MK3. It's very strange to me. I have changed the cable and it is still the same.
But…, as I asked are you using a Hub or not??
