edited October 22 in Native Access

On Mac Studio M2 Max running Sonoma 14.2. I have been trying to download all of my Ultimate bundle for a couple weeks. Thought it was all there but some was not showing up in Kontakt. Native Access had many of the libraries labeled "Reinstall" with "!" before it. So I have been fighting my way through reinstalling instruments and effect plugins. On the larger instrument downloads it just seems to stop after download a portion of it. The internet is working fine 70~90mb/sec download speed. Other connections seem to work fine. Anyone else see this behavior?

    Please try the following:

Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

    Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again.

If this doesn't work, please download this zip file, unzip it and and replace your xml file with this one.

Open Kontakt, are all your products showing?

After trying what suggested above The products are 'appearing' but many of them say "Reinstall". After downloading and reinstalling it continuous to say that, for upwards of 20 of the instruments or plugins. Need to get all this working. Frustrating

I have the same problem but am using Windows 11.

I get either the spinner, or it starts asking me to login. Extremely frustrating.

Left it running and went to sleep. Strangely, it was fine and had updated Maschine.

None the less, NA has gotten progressively slower and seems to spit out Download errors. It appears it is not the platform, because I'm on Windows, and others on MacOS are reporting the same problems.

I will say I do not care for the fact that there is no longer a "progress" thermometer. Please put it back.

Last week Thursday I decided to instal the latest update to a series of NA plug-ins, I have wave and spit fire plugins as well. Native Access 3.10.3 got installed and then when I went to go create a soundtrack in Logic, none of my plug-ins would work with Komplete Kontrol. I have spent the last 4 days trying to figure out how to reconnect software that didn't move. I have had this issue with some previous updates. What gives? Nothing moved,
Now - I have run a Locate all in Native Access and most of the Waves and several of the SpitFire plugins don't connect or show up in Native Access. How do I fix that?

Continued from previous comment - Stand alone products work. Kontakt and Komplete work on their own but not in Logic.

I don't know if it could possibly help to reset Logic to default by deleting this file: (or move file to somewhere else)

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist

Please notice that I know extremely little about both Mac and Logic so I don't know if you could loose some important settings, setups or something by doing a reset ! So please check that yourself !

Hi All, Thanks for your input. I'm still in the same quagmire of instruments downloading and then not showing up, or persisting in indicating they still need to be reinstalled. Super time consuming and still not completely working. Anybody have any solutions?

    I'm running a MAC OS Sonoma 14.2 on a Mac Studio M2 Max, 96g

From the mix of what you describe then the only thing that I have to suggest would be to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket !

There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

Quote : For assistance with purchases, accounts, and Native Access, you'll have an option to initiate a chat session. Simply click on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner, and you'll be assisted by a virtual assistant. If your issue remains unresolved after consulting our help articles, a human chat agent will be available to assist you.

Please refer to the page : How to get in touch with our Customer Care or read my Support page functionality changes post here !

Thank you all for the input. I have started I ticket with NI actually at the same time as this thread. Still kind of a mess. With all the other issues that have come up - Protools unhappy, Black Magic Designs Video card not working, Digital Performer hating on Steinberg - and Black Magic. . . the list continues. LOL All arrows point to 14.2 as not a happy place. Thx Apple. . . .
