I can’t access Native Access for days now, same problem like the others. I bought 2 bundles at NI website and can’t install what I bought. I’m on Windows 11. Before last update, everything was working correctly, so how can I access a previous version like Native Access 3.9?

Sorry , all I got is NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 which may be too old for your purpose ? (in case of any download problem then try logging into Google)

2024-04-23 Native Access Version 3.10.3 (current version) "Heads up"

    1. I can't get into my Native Access at all any longer? Not even after restart of my computer?
    2. No access to be able to install or update any libraries, programs or hardwares from Native Instruments.
    3. No access to be able to do automatic update of Native Access 3.
    4. Please change the file name of the exe-file to "Native-Access_3.exe" at your website. I don't really understand why you still use the name "Native-Access_2.exe" on the exe install-file when the actually program version is now version 3, v3.10.3? https://www.native-instruments.com/fileadmin/downloads/Native-Access_2.exe

Please make sure when the new updated version 3.x.x that's going to be release to be able to download from your website directly. I'm afraid that I will need to uninstall the old version first and then reinstall the new updated Native Access 3 from scratch again.

    Thanks in advance!

    Best Regards

    Freddie

Thank you so much! I uninstalled the current version and NKTDaemon, this one with NI Uninstall regtool 64 on Windows 11. Then I installed 3.8.0, reboot computer, then it's finally working. I avoid allowing update to latest version for now, so I can at least access it and install my latest purchases.

The latest version is always available for download via this link latest version of Native Access for your OS , but other than that then what is available is only the versions put up for download manually by support personnel or customer care (e.g. Jeremy_NI)

you still use the name "Native-Access_2.exe

It appears as if Native Access 2 is no longer a version name but name in itself separating then 'new' version(s) from the original version 1. So as far as I know then N.I. do not have any plans changing that in any immediate future , unless they plan to do it when it's version 4 (?)

Incidentally , if you are on Windows then after downloading the N.A. using the link above here then after download and when opening Windows Explorer and hovering over file then it will tell version number (alternatively right click , properties , details to see version number) . Then you can rename file yourself (I do that !)

The weird thing is that the latest version just works on my M1 Macbook Air but not on my M1 Max Macbook Pro, no matter what I did.

Same problem here - it mostly hangs on "loading products" page

Having a similar issue, uninstalled (and the deamon), I am logged in but a continuous loading, sometimes everything loads up but next to Native Aaccess logo top left it continiously spins so I cant update anything. I also tried disabling my anti virus software and restarted still no joy. I been getting this on and off for a while but now its non stop... lol.... geez... first Kontakt 7 takes 2mins to load compared to 2 seconds for version 6 and now this. We need access in our accounts for direct downloads so we dont have to rely on this download manager....

    @Freddie Star

We have seen a few cases on Windows, in most of the cases it is caused by an outdated NTKDaemon. Please try the following:

Running the NTKDaemon 1.17.2 installer directly could help https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EGeRODP3SA_2hhq7LZ5ij_TxG8NpUgZq/view?usp=drive_link

In other cases, we recommend downgrading to 3.8.1 and to move th Native Access folder in Programs to a different location so that the self update does not overwrite it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hSLWL7pFqA8t-3_H93uO1DDdIi0nMixV/view?usp=drive_link

That would be the fastest solution. If it doesn't work or you need further troubleshooting, please get in touch with our support here, as they will need to have a deeper look in your system: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

    New NTK Daemon v1.17.2.1

    Thanks Jeremy!

I appreciate you trying to help us but unfortune that didn't fix it. It actually made it even worse.

After install the new NTK Daemon v1.17.2.1 I couldn't get into Native Access at all any more?

After uninstalled and reboot Native Access get back to its normal behavior.---> "Loading"....spinning..wheel...nothing..."

    Thank you for you effort!

    Very strange?

If you are lucky enough! After a couple of "close and startups" of Native Access you can randomly get in.

    • Today I added a new library and the new license worked inside Native Access.
    • As well "Download" and "installation" worked!
    • Install and update buttons has a very sluggish behavior? If you press it you need to wait approximately 4 to 10sec until it actually reacts and start download and install.

Just report back the behavior. Perhaps it can have any value to the team that trying to sort out the problems with Native Access 3? I have KOMPLETE 14 latest edition and many other 3part manufactures libraries and bundles. I build my own Kontakt 7-sample libraries as well.

    Best regards

    Freddie
