Maschine plus registration fail & login problem !
Guys' please help! I recently bought a used maschine plus. But the seller didn't tell me anything about transferring licence ID. I wasn't aware of such a thing and i did a reset. Now i can login and register the device with my Native ID. Unfortunately the Hardware serial sticker in the device is damaged and few digits or letters are missing. But i have the device ID. How can i get this sorted? Please help!

If you have lost access to your account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask N.I. support to help you ! Check this article ! "I Have No Access to My User Account".
Same goes for serial number and registration issues !
All such issues are handled exclusively by account support !

There has just been introduced chat support for accounts assistance (at least in daytime on normal work days) :

Contact the seller and ask them to log into their account, copy the number and send it to you. Also ask them to initiate a transfer. It is a simple process. Last time I sold NI hardware it took about 5 minutes to get a response from the transfer system. I'm guessing that it is animated.
