I deleted Playbox and now looking how to download it again , put in Serial but they ask to Locate folder and select which I dont have..

Do I need to ask for new download link ?

Any suggestions are very appreciated, Thanks..

If you deleted the product folder rather than uninstalled the product that might confuse Native Access. Try uninstalling Playbox from Programs and Features in Control panel, restart your PC then start Native Access. It should allow you to install the product again.

You do not need to re-enter the serial number.

Download and use the "NI Uninstall RegTool":

Afterwards, see if it still says "Locate" next to Playbox's entry in Native Access or "Install". (You might need to click the upper-right Refresh button in Native Access first).

It's entirely possible that your only problem is that rather than using locate as you think you need to then you just need to go to tab Available in Native Access and find and install Playbox from there !

OP, I know you got it fixed, but I'm still curious...what uninstaller did you use?

He's asking how you uninstalled Playbox. Your first post says you deleted it. How did you do that?

When it was in the List of Native access it had a notice next to it .( Cant remember what it said) Been trying to re locate it but it kept showing a error message. I had the option to click on delete , It removed it from Native access and the Folders.

I was hoping to just enter serial again and install it however after the Serial nothing showed up. I repeated a few times and then started to research for solutions online . last step was posting on here asking for advice..
