whats the most Stable Traktor Pro version starting on 3.5?

I'm happily on Traktor version 3.2.0 since it came out, and besides the "cant load on locked deck" problem apearing once in a while, its been pretty stable.

I now must upgrade as it seams i can't use CDJ 3000 on HID on this trakor version.

Whats the most stable Trakor Pro version begining on 3.5?

Will I still be able to use the 3.2 version or will this change my playlists?

Upgrading will not change your playlist. But even if you don't upgrade, please make regular backups of your collection.nml to another device.

I do backups weekly. But i was afraid they would have to change playlist structures with the introduction of smart playlists

I've switched my collection.nml file between versions 3.4.2 and 3.11.1 (and back) without a hitch, just so you know.

I’m sure some will disagree, but I think Traktor 3.8 is generally considered the most stable at the moment. 3.9 added support for Apple Silicon, which messed some things up.

I'll disagree :)
3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 suffered many changes under the hood to accomodate new features. Would not consider installing those versions.

I'd file a bug report about CDJ's, 3.11 has been rock solid otherwise.

Fair, for me 3.11.1 has also been stable, except for some information not showing anymore on the Kontrol S8/S5/D2 since 3.9. But I see other people have issues with 3.11.

For me, 3.11.1 is stable on M1Pro and latest macOS Sonoma (even with my old VCI-400 EGE).

I had issues like TP shutting down or not starting at all with TP 3.8 to 3.10. After a complete clean install of TP (with empty collection and fresh setting files) I never encountered any problems. Luckily, I always synced Music.app with TP, so all my playlists were in Music.app and I just had to import them into my fresh TP installation.

So, maybe a clean install could help users with problems.

For me, the most sable version is 3.4.2. After this version the browser flickering is very annoying. (windows 10, Intel Core i5)

well... im on a mac. and the question was starting on 3.5 because that seams to be the version that adds CDJ 3000 HID capability
