Missing my free Komplete 13 Select
I bought an M32 while the offer of a free copy of Komplete 13 Select was on.
I've received the keyboard today but there's no mention in the box of any way of obtaining the software.
Can anyone tell me how to get my copy please?

Download Native Access, register the Keyboard using the serial number provided and the Individual components of Komplete Select will be available for download.

I've registered the keyboard but the only downloads that are available to me are those that come with the keyboard normally.
Komplete 13 Select is offered as a $99 upgrade in my account at the moment but I bought the M32 when it was being offered for free.

The offer is not available anymore. You would have had to register the serial number while the offer was still active.
But feel free to contact our support, maybe they can do something for you if you show the invoice date 🤞
