native access stuck on loading products / Issue January 2023

I would strongly recommend not trying to 'fix' anything yourselves as the problem is with NI's servers and when they have them fixed they will let everyone know. Trying to delete and/or install new stuff in the meantime is not going to make a bit of difference and if anything may cause more problems even when the servers are back up and running properly

Remove the space between https:// and support because I can't post links.
It worked fine all morning until about 30 minutes ago, the last few items I installed now say they're in Demo mode and no new items can be found.
But hey, tomorrow is going to be different, right?

Yes, please be patient, we know it's frustrating. This is on our end so no need to try out stuff that could cause more problems. We'll update everyone when all is clear through this thread: Issues with Native Access - 22nd and 23rd of January 2024

nah. Its still not working and im not investing more time into uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting, etc.

On Windows 11 (assuming the same on 10), went to firewall & network protection. Selected allow an app through the firewall at the bottom of the screen. Then selected change settings (need admin rights to machine). Selected Allow another app.. then navigated to the folder in program files with native instruments and selected private and public on the allowed apps and features window. Hope this helps.

If your question is How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1 or regarding the Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems then that's easy otherwise not so easy since there are no links to previous version of latest so you would have to ask customer service !

Any update on this issue?
Some elements are not showing on Native Access 1, e.g. the Jakob Choir, so I tried Native Access 2 (version 3.9.1) again. Same issue with my system.
