Traktor S2 MK3 beat match with jogwheel, can someone help?

Any song that I play on Deck A I can not beat match it with the jogwheel so I always have to use SYNC. Yeah, Deck B works perfectly fine with everything. So does someone know the solution to this? Thank you in advance for all the feedback :D

Oh yeah if the information matters- my controller is the S2 MK3 and the software is Traktor Pro 3.

    How do the jogwheels perform differently?

    Do you mean that you can't nudge the track forward or back with the jog on deck A, but you can nudge with the jog on deck B? Are you using the edge of the jog wheels?

    Yes I am using the sides of the jog for beatmatching, on Deck B it works perfectly and on Deck A it does not at all. I forgot to mention that also that is the only thing wrong with the Deck A jog because u can use the top of the jog for moving forward or backward through the track but u can't use the sides of the jog for beat matching.

    This sounds like a repair job for NI techs.

    Edit: Before that, test again while making sure, you don't use SYNC on either deck.
