Yes. It should work. Preferences, regedit and installation path in Native access all point to the same place. Just realized, some how it loaded Kontakt into the correct folder (64 bit) before I had this problem with massive and a few others. I compared the Kontakt path and Massive and they are both the same. I can load Kontakt in Studio one but no Massive. Im lost.

I never had this issue either, but I do now since a short while, with a new Windows 11 installation. This happens when clicking on "install all". Currently I also see things getting installed.

Currently 5 instruments are noted with this issue in the list; The Gentleman, the Grandeur, Vintage Organs, Drum Lab and Scarbee Mark 1. I will let it run to install everything and will check the results soon.

I did change one directory: the Content Location to D:\NI\Content

I have the same problem on a new Windows 10 installation. I have nearly all of my plugins installed without problems, but The Gentleman, The Grandeur, Vintage Organs, Scarbee Mark 1, Kontakt Elements Selection R2 and Abbey Road 60s Drums Vintage won`t install. The help informations and proposed solutions didn`t work either.

    Any thoughts?

I uninstalled Native Access 2, and reinstalled and older version. I was able to install all the programs that weren't installing. The one program that still didn't install I found the download folder where it was located and I unzipped the file and installed it myself. That's how I got around the file location error. Then you can go ahead and reinstall Native Access 2.

Please open a thread of your own in the appropriate sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version and any other info that might be of help including error messages ! Or alternatively contact support right away instead !
