Error Firmware update mode Traktor S2 Mk3

Hello,

My controller S2 MK3 Keep turning on (lights etc) then 2 sec turn off directly.

I ve uploaded the latest version of traktor pro but still ... So I ve tried to upload the update mode of my firmware on my S2 Mk3 traktor but i keep getting this mesage :

What should i do ? what is exactly a power cycle ?

Power-cycle is tech speak for turn it off and on again :) Unplug the USB and power supply.

If it keeps happening trying a different USB port sometimes helps

Try to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them ! Also make sure that the device gets enough power !

Also Windows must be updated and run updater as Admin and be sure before launching the Firmware Updater, ensure that all web browser windows are closed and that there are no cloud services running in the background. !

Thanks just tried all of these but still my device is not even recognised by the firmware or driver updater . i really dont know what to do ...

Your only other option in my opinion is asking Traktor support then which is here !
