Unable to work with this Software today ...

The services which works for my S49 MK2 Komplete Kontrol keyboard, are always in disabled state. I need to activate them each time I want to use my midi keyboard !

I'm very near to pen my window and throw this Native "Instruments" through it !!! I'm tired of this uneffiscients products !

I forgot to say that Komplete Kontrol worked 2 days before ... but the disk where it was installed crashed. So I have to unistall it ... and reinstall it on another disk ... but ... impossible since yesterday. I'm very grrrr .... ;)

    I understand you but maybe you are blaming wrong Company or should I say Corporation with Monopoly that was updating Windows 10 almost r times in a week...I too have problem with Windows 10 not allowing Access to start so I can't download or upgrade/ update. You will sort out your current problem I have no doubt but it's MS.

    After waiting for AGES and numerous retries to load Native Access to show any available products ready for installation at all, I got the same conflicting error messages for either trying to install all 16 Komplete Start apps & Instruments or any of those by going for a single installation process. Good start to building confidence in the process of Native's environment, I must say.

    @NovMuse

    If you took just 5 seconds to read the "room" in this specific forum (like maybe - the post right at the top?) - you would know there was a major infrastructure issue ongoing from Jan 22-23 already reported.

    Issues with Native Access - 22nd and 23rd of January 2024 — Community (native-instruments.com)

    But instead, you use your first post - ever - to slag the company?

    Wow.

    "Sorry, but my issue dated before the maintenance starts!"

    Apologies - my comment was not about your initial post. I have amended my response above.

    PS: You might also consider getting a better NI user acct name - if your current username is your real email address - it's probably not a good thing.

    @f.doison@gmail.com Let me know if you want to change your user name, it's not a great thing to have an email address on a public space. You can send me the name of your choice by DM.

    My colleagues will get back to you, the maintenance issue should be over now, that would have made any attempt to fix your issue impossible.
