Maschine doesn't see my MP3 samples.
I have recorded my own samples and have them as mp3's in a folder on my desk top. I can't drop them in to Maschine because they show up darker and when I go on files in the Maschine window, then click desktop, I can see the samples folder there but when I click it, it's empty. Do the files need to be a different format or something? they are mostly mp3's.

You'll need to use another tool to convert to a supported file format
Maschine supports WAVE (.wav) and AIFF (.aiff) sample formats at a sample rate of 44.1 kHz or greater and a bit depth of 16 bits, 24 bits or 32 bits float.
