Traktor Pro 3.11. & Traktor Kontrol S8 Issue

Hi,

since a few days i have the issue that i can't pre-listen tracks on my S8 if i press the Cue Button on my Controller. I checked if the level button is up which is the case.

I only hearing sound if i put the fader up on each channel.

Anyone have or had the same issue?

It is a known issue. Only work around at this time is downgrading Traktor version to 3.10 ...

Yeah everyone should just use 3.10 with their S8's for now. Team is working on the solution even though this is discontinued product - people need to be more patient and wait for the fix. Not many companies would even consider fixing old and outdated products.

I also have this issue, and i am pissed that they can't find a solution within this time.

I do not have old Traktor Pro versions on my Mac , and i need to downgrade until we get a solution

how can i find an older version of Traktor Pro ? i am no software wizard so i am stuck on 3.11 now😟
