Transferring a guitar rig 5 preset to guitar rig 7

I have a preset called solo maker in guitar rig 5 and I want to get it in to guitar rig 7, how do I do this?

by the way I imported it but can't find it in the guitar rig 7 plugin

How did you import it?

By using settings from Guitar Rig 7 or dragging the effect file to the GR window?

I went to the three dots and then went to file, import

So you imported through the settings.

Maybe you should try to drag the effect file 'solo maker' manually into the GR tab, then search inside your GR for the solo maker.

thanks but it didn't I tried to drag the .ngrr file into guitar rig 7 and nothing happened

When you dragged the file, did you typed in 'solo maker' inside the GR search bar?

Do you know which effects you have inside the Solo Maker fx rack?

And which settings did you had there?

If you do have them, just manually put the same effects and settings inside GR7.

It is just like copying someone's homework!

I'm sorry that you are having trouble importing your preset into Guitar Rig 7. Are you using the latest version 7.0.2?
