How do I fix this?

Happy New Year! I could use a fix for this new year problem. Thanks in advance!
I have reloaded my library on a new drive. Same name.
-pointed the pathway there in settings.
-rescanned komplete kontrol in stand alone app. All good.
-when I open logic and open any NI product, the library points to the same 5 playlist files (See below: I have selected Pharlight but all that displays is [pris] etc. Same banks for anything I select.
Same happens when I open stand alone apps.
Thoughts?

Try reinstalling them.

ok, then delete komplete kontrol database and after that do a rescan, as it is described here:
you must do the rescan in stand alone however, not through a DAW

No, Reinstalling was the first thing I did. Shows all the instruments, just no files. If I hit the favorites bar, old favorites come up and I can get in certain libraries that way, but holy!

You need to relocate them first, one by one in Native Access.

Relocated. One. By One. Very time consuming... still no success.
