    thanks, that wasn't appearing on my end yesterday, now clicking on the link shows the code. Might have been my cookies or maybe NI fixed it.

    Thanks all - in my case - the browser (Edge) never did work across several machines here - but for whatever reason - the code popped right up on my phone.

    Managed to nab Schema: Dark and Utopia (totalled $134.00 - I needed $130 min spend here in Canada) and managed to get them for $67.00 (tax in) - thank you NI!

    Has anyone tried to apply this to Session Percussionist? I get a not valid for already discounted products error, but I don't see this as discounted.

    I tried this yesterday ! (Session Percussionist (€99.00) + Session Ukulele (€99.00) - Voucher (NI-HOLIDAYS23-EU) = Order Total €148.00) , but it is possible that the discount were taken out of the Session Ukulele , I couldn't tell..

    Question - I am assisting a Reddit user who has hit a snag trying to use his "holiday code" (NI-HOLIDAYS23-EU) as I believe he is in the EU.

    He is a first time NI user and trying to purchase Komplete Standard (full version) for half price - but he gets this when trying to use his holiday code:

    "The coupon code is not valid for this product. Verify the list of products it applies to as stated in the terms & conditions for the coupon. Coupons cannot be applied to products that are already discounted."

    Now - I was able to use mine on two already discounted products, I met the spend threshold and all was well - but never tried it on a Komplete Bundle - are these NOT valid for the special "holiday" savings code?

    To make this even more frustrating - there is this "fine print" on the bottom of the sale page for the Komplete Bundles:

    "These special offers on S-Series keyboards, Komplete updates and upgrades, and products from iZotope are valid from November 15, 2023, to December 13, 2023, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last."

    So - are Komplete Bundles still on sale or not? And are they valid for coupons?

    As usual then I personally (residing in the 'EU' ) do not appear to have any problem using the voucher when logged in ! And : Yes ! Bundle offers appear as still being on !

    Just remember , only one use per person as far as I know !

    I'm trying to use the Holiday voucher today and I'm unable to. I had the cart ready with the voucher a couple of days ago and I think because I changed payment methods part way through, it removed the voucher and it not won't let me add it back. Maybe it thinks I used it? Even though I haven't? Does anyone have a solution to this? Can I set up another account, buy it and contact support to transfer it? I suspect NI support won't get back to me until it's too late based on past history on their support timing.

    Trying to buy a couple of libraries that add up to over $100. I can add it into my son's account, but I want it in mine. And I'd love to use the voucher!

    Just posting to avoid un-necessary responses to iamadan posting above, iamadan found a work around for his problem by using another account and then transferring serial.

    HI,

    The voucher doesn't work for me either.

    I also tried copying your own cart (which seems to work for you): it still doesn't work.

    For a few days that discount code hasn't worked for many customers.

    Yet as soon as it was available the code worked because I had carried out some purchase tests: I repeat, it worked.

    I wrote to Native customer service about four days ago, but they still haven't responded and the code expires today.

    However, at least I purchased Session Percussionist with a 25 euro discount voucher that they sent to me after purchasing Komplete 14 Ultimate.

    In any case, Happy New Year to all of you from Rome, Andrea.
