To true loyal NI customers. Am I wrong?

I’m of the belief that the suits at NI are destroying the company. Between very lack luster development on products that were once ahead of their time NI is now years behind. Broken compatibility on hardware that was supposed to grow with the software. Sound library after sound library after sound library. How many kicks drums does NI sell? The. Customer loyalty lol. I just received a voucher for $50 and made of instruments but only if I spend 100 because the thousands I’ve already spent warm enough. I wish a real music company had control. The question- am I wrong?

I just got this voucher and it does nothing. At least that I can see?

So, let me get this straight... You're complaining that you got a 50$ voucher discount on purchases of at least 100$ on top of the already discounted prices? So, no discount at all would be better? I'm confused...

Sometimes these things take a while to be in effect, while website and back-end updates.

    Hmm - OK.

Seems a little strange to send out a mass email (to presumably thousands) and not have the back end ready to accommodate everyone - who you know - might just want to use the voucher :)

No. I’ve seen you on here a lot. I know you’re better at reading than that. So read it again. lol like I would expect anything less from a fanboy. It’s cool just 3 years ago I was a fan boy too. It’s not a $50 discount it’s an incentive to spend more money on another sound bank. If you don’t know that I don’t why we’re talking. Also as an owner of Komplete xx collectors ******. It’s frustrating to see the things I pay for are often devalued and given away. Loyal customers rarely get anything for real from NI. But go head and read it to say whatever makes you feel good. I’d like to see NI saved because the direction they’re are currently going in is boring at best. Have great day. D

Ok you're clearly angry, I didn't mean to be rude or anything.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. Have a great day.

The voucher does give you 50 discount if you spend at least 100 which applies on top of the discount as well. Different types of vouchers at different types for different customer segments, nothing unusual.

The entire website is on sale pretty much right now and so if you are a loyal customer or not, there is great discounts for everyone. The voucher is just a cherry on top if you are in the market for something during the sale.

Have to say I laughed a bit when the voucher value is £45 on purchases of £90 or over. And a huge number of instruments are £89 :) Fortunately there's a bunch of expansions at £12.50 so I'll just add one of those and I'm still £32.50 better off if I want one of the instruments.

lol not angry at all but I not gonna just let you misrepresent what I said. Definitely no beef with you. Just my opinion on where things look like they are going with what was for 20 years my absolute favorite music production company. And I did ask if I was wrong so I expected to hear from those that disagree. I’m trying to make waves, I’d like the suites to sit back and let the creators have free range to make exciting products again. You’ve been around long enough to remember the promise of tight Maschine and Traktor integration, right? What ever happened to that? MPC is fair to say Maschines biggest competition? Currently mpc with its less powerful pc and less ram is crushing Maschine in improvements. From workflow additions to a number of vst instruments additions some free some pay. In a year we managed to get a new logo on Maschine plus. Exciting? Were users asking for that?! And what’s the warning for? Is it because I called you a fanboy while admitting I was one myself? lol. Don’t let a little forum power go to your head. I could careless if I was banned. I come here to help others a lot before the website change and have recently become more active in that again but admittedly I’ll use this to talk my ish in hopes the suits see it and maybe just maybe make adjustments. Ban me if that’s how things are done here. Fwiw I’m smiling and understand that this isn’t unique to a company the size of NI. So I’m not mad as that would be like being mad at the rain.

Can you do that, it says it also doesn't work for sale products?

EDIT Just tried - yes you can :)

Trying to make “waves” and talking your “ish” will not get you anywhere and will certainly not lead to a constructive conversation and certainly not let your message be heard. Maybe you should cool down a bit before posting again?

You ok Matt? I don’t think I hurt D. I assure you I have no desire to be parented by someone over sensitive as your self. I can see why so many of those who were once very active here have left. Do what you gotta do buddy. lol. Bring the hammer down. I’m ready.

Matt - any ideas on why I click on that voucher link and see nothing? Except a quick trip to the NI Webshop?

Am I supposed to see a code for me or what?

I have a VERY different opinion of how things are going at NI.

2023 has been a remarkable year... pivotal with some long-standing issues finally getting positive action to be solved.

Making tough moves to pay down some crippling technical debt.

Makes me optimistic about 2024 being even better.

Yes, you should then see a page with the code (based on your location)
