Lost my CD to install TRAKTOR Scratch A6 on WIndows
Hello my name is Dennis, a 66 year old music enthusiast and amateur DJ. I recently purchased a TRAKTOR Scratch A6 to go with my DENON DJ double turntable
Now I want to start recording my mixes to CD, and I have misplaced the install CD included with my original purchase was curious to learn
How can I install this program onto my computer
An extra question is also how to record from my mixtable/Scratch to an audio file so I can burn it onto a blank CD?

Welcome.
If you have your serial number you can download/install Native Access and you can download Traktor from from Native Access:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
I'm guessing that your Traktor version is quite old as NI haven't issued install CDs for many years.
If you do not have your serial number, contact support and they can provide it so you can do the step above:

There are some articles in the Knowledge Base about recording mixes. I'm not sure what your setup is so have a look here and come back to us if you get stuck:

For the SW, have you checked the download section of the Support Page?

Thank you for this...I downloaded the A6 audio interface, but I do not see the Traktor Pro 3 software download. Maybe you can help?

I have the serial number on the bottom of the Scratch, but when I enter it into the NI access it says my number is already registered. I paid for this Scratch brand new...can you please tell me what to do next? PLease and trhanks you Karlos

well first thing to do is go to your account on the NI website, and check "My Products and Serials" to make sure that TP3 is associated with the account you are using. There are two scenarios... If it is not there, is it possible that you originally registered it using a different account, or if it is in your products, but is not showing up in Native Access.
In either case, you will need to get in touch with Account support here...

The serial number on the A6 is the hardware serial. Why it is already registered is unclear but that's a question for support.
Unfortunately, we cannot advise on issues with serial numbers on the forum. You must seek help with Support as linked above.
