I've uninstalled, reinstalled, followed the specific instructions from NI on how to fix the stuck demo problem. Still nothing. Could anyone else help me out here??

Yup...took a look at both of those and went through the proposed fix but nothing is working.
Ok, if you go to your account / products & serials, on the NI website, can you see GR7 as a registered product?
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the new Native Access 2, and not the older Native Access 1
